[dt_sc_toggle_framed title=”Can I pick up my packet on race day?”]
We strongly encourage everyone to pick up their packet at Movin’ Shoes on Thursday or Friday before race day, but you can pick it up on race day. Arrive early to avoid the long lines and wait times. Shirt sizes and sponsor goodies are not guaranteed if you pick your packet up on race day.
[dt_sc_toggle_framed title=”Can I bring my pet?”]
Unfortunately, no dogs or other animals are allowed at Moonlight State Beach 🙁

Yes! In September you can sign up. We will have a Volunteer Button to sign up on our website. You can also sign up for our Volunteer Newsletter to keep updated on volunteer opportunities and sign up times.
[dt_sc_toggle_framed title=”Can I run barefoot?”]
Yes, however, due to some beach rocks, seaweed and other natural ocean debris, we highly recommend wearing running shoes.
[dt_sc_toggle_framed title=”Can I participate with my stroller?”]
Yes! Strollers with beach wheels are more than welcome! Children 2 and under are always free.

[/dt_sc_toggle_framed] [dt_sc_toggle_framed title=”Where’s Moonlight Beach and where do I park?”]
Moonlight State Beach is located off of I-5 and Encinitas Blvd exit – head west about 3/4 of a mile and you’ll dead-end into Moonlight Beach. Parking is FREE and there is a big lot above Moonlight Beach on Third Street. If that is full, there is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood streets, City Hall Parking Lot, Coaster Parking lot and along Highway 101. As with any major event, parking is a headache, so the sooner you arrive, the better. You can also park in Oceanside and Solana Beach and take the coaster to Encinitas! Moonlight Beach is 1 block away from the coaster station!

[dt_sc_toggle_framed title=”Bathrooms and Aid Stations on the course”] There are bathrooms located at Moonlight Beach, Ponto Beach and Swami’s Beach. Since they are off the course, we recommend going before you start the race. Aid stations will be at mile 1.5, 3, 5, and 7. Water and Ultima Replenisher will be provided at all of the aid stations. The aid station at mile 7 will also have treats (M&M’s, pretzels, coca-cola) to keep the runners strong.
